Nursery Organization Options - Pictures and Resources
When you design your nursery, planning for the right organization and
storage space is a critical issue. Babies come along with demands for
quite a handful of stuff - clothes, blankets, diapers, wipes, creams
and lotions, toys... the list can go on. Thus, it is important to have
a place for all these items where it will be easy and quick for you to
get it when you need it. The arrangement needs to be comfortable for
you.
There are few major things you needs to think about when planning for
the organization in your nursery. First, consider where your major
storage will be for things such clothes, large-case diapers and wipes
and so on. Second, plan on organizing those the items which you will
need to use multiple times every day- for instance, every time you
change your baby you will need a number of things that have to be
within reach so that you do not run to the closet every single time.
Third, plan for providing for a space for favorite toys and books which
later may be converted into a larger play area. You do not need to
provide for such a space at the very beginning but most likely at one
point you would have accumulated quite a bit of toys and books so you
will need a place for them. |

Nursery Storage for Major Items
Storage for major items will most likely be provided by major furniture / storage pieces such as the dresser, the closet or the wardrobe. (The closet will be another place. If you like to have a wardrobe in addition to a dresser, check out a couple of models by the The Land of Nod :
